You may read, share, and link to anything published here. You may not republish substantial portions of our guides as your own, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers, or use it to build a competing content product.

Editorial content is information, not advice

Our guides, calculators, and comparisons are general information. They are written to be accurate and are reviewed before publication, but they do not take your personal circumstances into account.

Calculators

The calculators are modelling tools. They apply a stated formula to the numbers you enter and show the result - they do not account for fees, taxes, rate changes, or anything else not listed as an input.

Treat every result as an estimate for comparison, never as a quote, an offer, or a guarantee of what a lender, product, or market will actually do.

Apps

Each SoftScrolls app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, and is also governed by the store agreement you accepted when installing it. Where an app's own terms or store listing conflict with this page, the app's terms apply to that app.

Third-party links and advertising

We link to other sites, and we display advertising. We do not control either, and a link or an ad is not an endorsement. Anything you do on another company's site is between you and that company.

Availability

We publish and revise content continuously and may change, move, or remove any page, calculator, or app at any time. Where a guide moves, we redirect its old address. We do not guarantee that the site is available without interruption.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, SoftScrolls is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, the calculators, or any decision you make based on them.
