Tell us what is wrong, or what would help.
Send a correction, report a problem with an app, or suggest something we should cover. Messages go to a real inbox and get a real reply.
Send a message
Every field matters to the reply, and none of it goes anywhere but our inbox.
Corrections are the most useful mail we get
If a number is out of date, a step no longer matches the app, or a guide is simply wrong, tell us and it gets fixed. A guide carries the date it was last updated, and the only way that date means anything is if people keep pointing at the parts that have gone stale.
That goes for the small things too. A broken link, a screenshot from a version of the app that no longer exists, a sentence that reads two ways - none of it is too minor to send.
What happens after you press send
The message lands in an inbox a person reads, not a ticketing queue. Most get an answer within a couple of business days. If yours is a correction, the reply is usually the link to the fixed page.
We do not add you to anything. The address you send from is used to write back and nothing else - no newsletter, no list, no third party. See the privacy page for what that means in full.
